These help to inform planning applications and conservation management plans.

Habitat Surveys
Plan for Ecology Ltd routinely undertake extended Phase 1 Habitat surveys, Ecological Impact Assessment (EcIA), Preliminary Ecological Appraisals (PEA), Ecological Scoping Surveys and Walkover Surveys in Cornwall, Devon, Somerset and throughout the UK. Where possible Plan for Ecology incorporate detailed badger and invasive plant surveys to minimise cost.

BREEAM & CEEQUAL
Plan for Ecology Ltd undertake BREEAM, CEEQUAL & Code for Sustainable Homes (CSH) assessments in Cornwall, Devon, Somerset and throughout the UK. BREEAM, CEEQUAL & CSH are environmental assessment methods for buildings and Civil Engineering Projects. Part of each of these assessment methods relates to ecology.
